First Day of School
Lavallette School will open for the 2010-11 school year on Wednesday, September 8th! Welcome back to all of our students. We hope you all had a great summer and are ready for an incredible school year. See you on the 8th!

Make-Up Sports Physicals
Our School Physician will perform make-up sport physicals for the school year 2010-2011 on Thursday, September 9th beginning at 8:20 AM. The Annual Athletic Pre-Participation Physical Education Examination Form is available for you to download. The forms can be found in the Wednesday Folders and News Events on the left hand side of this page. Please call the nurse's office for an appointment: 732-793-7722 ext 202.

After-School Homework Help for Students
Point Beach High School students that graduated from Lavallette have offered their services to be homework helpers for our students again next year. They will be here on Tuesdays and Thursdays right after school until 4:00. Anyone that needs homework help is welcome! Our students had a great year last year with all of their help! A special thank you to all of our high school tutors!

Safety Patrol News & Schedule
Safety Patrol Information is a link on the Students Page. It contains the squad members & their schedule. A special thanks to all those students who give of their time to help other students! Their service to the school is appreciated by parents, teachers and the administration!

Lavallette Olympians Win Third Place!
With flying feet and determination to reach the finish line in record time, Lavallette's team participating in the Antrim Olympics took third place and brought honor to themselves and our school. Their sportsmanship, hard work, and effort are to be commended! Congratulations to all our participants and medal winners! (The official list of medal winners & participants is now posted on the Student Recognition Page under the tab Students.)

New H1N1 Dates & Sites
The Ocean County Health Department has sent out new information on flu clinics. Please see the info on Health Office & Info. The link is on the left or go to Mrs. Mansfield's page under the Staff Directory.
