A huge Congratulations to the 8th Grade Graduating Class of 2024. We are beyond proud of you and can't wait to see what you accomplish in the future. You will be greatly missed at Lavallette Elementary School.







Our 8th Graders participated in Reality Town where they learned about cost, budgeting, salaries, incomes, mortgages, and more! Thank you to our volunteers who helped work the different life stations.








We are thrilled to announce that our GOALS (Grandparents of Awesome Lavallette Students) received The NJ State Governor's Volunteerism Award in the category of Education.!







A great time was had at the Seaside Park Fish Hat Parade last weekend! The event was hosted by the Seaside Park PTA and helped to raise awareness about coastal pollution.





Students in grades 1 through 8 had a great experience at the Neptune Aquatic Center this week where they learned about water safety and had some fun in the pools!

Field Day 2024! Everyone showed off their skills and had fun... but ultimately, BLUE took the WIN this year!

Tonight! May 8th is the NJ and the Arts Show at 5:00 and the Spring Concert at 6:00. Come witness the incredible creativity and talent of our artists, musicians, and vocalists. While you are here you can learn about the history and counties of New Jersey from our 3rd graders!











ACES 5th to 8th grade students went to Beach House Studio to begin the creation of their garden Peace Poles.

The 7th grade thanks everyone who supported their 8th grade trip to Gettysburg at the Spaghetti Dinner! It was a great success thanks to our hardworking students, dedicated parents and staff, the supportive community, and especially Lenny's Pizza!


A portion of the proceeds will be donated to benefit the 7th Grade’s trip to Gettysburg next year! Please help us keep this annual tradition alive and send our students to Gettysburg next Spring!


Our 5th through 8th grade ACES Reading groups attended The Iliad Poetry Performance and enjoyed a campus tour at Ocean County College this week. What a great opportunity to enhance their Poetry Units in Language Arts!

Thursday, April 25th is Take Your Child to Work Day! This year's theme is "Inspire 2 Aspire," instilling a mindset that children can choose their own future. Please let the main office know if you plan to bring your child to work with you.


A huge Congratulations goes out to 4th grader, Charlotte, for receiving the AAA Safety Patrol Award for her outstanding service! Charlotte was selected as one of the only winners out of the state's 16,000 Safety Patrol Officers! Thank you to our Girl Scouts for taking the initiative to bring AAA Safety Patrol to our school and thank you to Officer Stephens for leading our officers!

Thank you to the Upper Shores Branch of the Ocean County Library for providing our students with Solar Eclipse glasses so we could observe the phenomenon today!
